Co-founder:  Sally King, Chief Operating Officer

Sally King is an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant with an extensive background in sales, sales management, CRM, customer and account level profitability analysis, marketing, and software design.  She has helped organizations across the nation improve their bottom line revenue through more effective use of customer opportunities, innovative product design and improvement in employee skills and motivation.  Her experience encompasses banking, insurance and securities sales, identity theft protection and recovery programs, corporate information security risk mitigation, as well as related technology development with more than 20 years experience in the management of successful businesses.

Prior to forming NXG Strategies, LLC, Sally King served as a management consultant providing sales expertise and software design to Market Line Associates, an industry leader in profitability analysis and strategic business intelligence serving many of the top tier national and international financial institutions in the industry.  This followed the sale of her firm, AchieveSystems, Inc. to one of the nation’s largest providers of banking automation to the top 100 banks in the country.  Ms. King was the founder and President of AchieveSystems, Inc., which was a spin-out from Union Planters Corporation, the holding company for the $34 billion dollar Union Planters National Bank, for which Ms. King served in the positions of Corporate Marketing Director and Director of Security and Insurance Sales.  In addition to these positions, Ms. King has had a distinguished career including 24 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Corporate strategic planning from both a functional and a financial perspective
  • Niche product development and distribution strategies
  • Designing profitability-focused marketing/financial programs and software
  • Creating  and implementing CRM programs and software for firms nationwide
  • Managing corporate marketing, from database management to creative promotion
  • Training development, design and classroom training
  • Creating and managing incentive plans
  • Managing insurance and investment sales with NASD supervisory responsibilities

Ms. King has also held the designations of Registered Securities Representative and Registered Securities Principal (Series 7, 63, and 24), as well as a licensed representative for Life, Health and Property and Casualty Insurance.
